My previous portfolio. The projects section did not read from a database — it read a JSON file I hosted on GitHub and updated by hand whenever I shipped something.
It was not a CMS. It was a JSON file with ambition. But it meant I could add a project without redeploying the site, and it is the reason this one has a real admin panel: I already knew exactly which part of the job I was avoiding.
